Welcome back to another instalment of my Fitness Friday posts, I missed last weeks one as I just wasn’t feeling it. I did have a good week though and managed to get to 4 classes.
This week has not been great, with Monday being a local bank holiday there were no classes at all and I find if I go on a Monday I can make it through the rest of the week with no problem. I have only managed one class this week and struggled to get through it. So next week needs to be different, I need to stop making excuses and get to a class.
Goals for next week:
Get on track with eating better- I am going to be filming a what I eat in a day vlog for my youtube channel.
Get back to classes- my aim is to go to 4 like I have managed the past 2 weeks.
I will also hopefully be weighed and measured next Friday so I can see what I have managed in the last 4 weeks.
