Last weekend I enjoyed a really wonderful Girls night out with my Sister-in-law, a couple of my husband’s Aunties and his cousin who was celebrating her birthday. Obviously before heading out there is the obligatory drinks required whilst getting ready. Marianne and I decided cocktails would be on the menu for our pre-night out drinks, which is lucky as I had just been sent a cocktail subscription box from the lovely people at Tipple Box.
Tipple Box is a monthly subscription box featuring 2 fantastic cocktail recipes and the ingredients to create 2 of each at home- just add your garnish. Featuring your favourite premium spirits, you’re in for a fabulous night, perfect to share with a friend or your partner. I was sent the May box which featured Sipsmith Gin- which I just adore. You can sign up for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and as you increase in length of subscription the cost per month reduces, which is pretty standard with a subscription box.
The two cocktails we tried were the Westminster Abbey Martini and the Orange Lady. The recipe card is so well laid out with all the instructions right there in your box, with advice on which garnish to use and which type of glass works well with your cocktail. The cocktails were easy to make in a cocktail shaker and came out tasting delicious. Marianne enjoyed them far too much and we will definitely be looking to recreate them for our next girls night!
Tipple Box is such a great way to try new premium spirits and also to bring the cocktail bar to your home. Having all the ingredients on hand to create a couple of cocktails can get expensive especially if you only want a couple every so often. I will be signing up for Tipple Box to enjoy some new cocktails every month. If you would like to sign up I have a £10 off code for your first box- Just use AZARIA10 at the checkout on https://www.tipplebox.com/.
